After a time, IT replied to my line of reason……
“THEY say that WE are not here to entertain you. WE are here to help to uplift you.”
“Yeah.” I said. “I get that. Io knew that already. But have you guys ever considered the best way to do that? I’m just sayin’. Don’t mind me because it’s probably just me. But if you want these people to trust you and love you and support you and your efforts, then you have to give them something that they can understand and the best way to do that is to reach them through music. Now whether it’s a form of our music or your music is not the deciding issue. Heck, you will probably need both. All I’m saying is that they have already been conditioned to hear that. The movies of the past, the tones and notes that have been offered. You could come and just give that whole thing from the movie’ E.T.’ and they would trust you more than if you gave nothing. Remember, they’ve been conditioned too think and feel about you as galactic colonists and we’re the natives…. how do you think they’ll feel?
“You want them to accept the way of THE ONE….THE WAY…..i gotta tell you……if they can’t dance to it, you’re going to lose at least 20% of the population and while you may be willing to accept that…i am not.”
“you really think that it is that important? With all of the different cultures and styles of music and beats involved, do you really think that we can offer one form that will be acceptable to all?”
“Of course not. I expect you to give something to every region and mass understanding of what is acceptable and enjoyable to the greater mass of population in that region…you could do that……
“It would take a matter of time to establish a one world beat….and that is up to us, no you…. but you have to let them know that their greatest form of enjoyment is valid and can be expanded upon….
“However, once they know that you are willing to accept their multiple forms of music, they will be more willing to work with you to establish a global village that unites the planet with one beat, one song, one dance…..it is more important than you might think….”
“Why is it so important…to you?”
“Because this whole thing is supposed to lead to a better and easier life. This is the end of our slavery. This is the end of our oppression. This is the end of hell that we have endured for so many hundreds…thousands of years………how can we end all of that without a celebration? Trust that we will celebrate, once we figure out that you are conquerors and are here to help….once that issue is settled…well….yes….we will celebrate…..It is supposed to be worth it, after all….is that not supposed to be the case?
“WE are not concerned with that. We only want your upliftment.”
“Yes!! But you only want our upliftment as you see fit! Trust me, that won’t sit well with a people that are used to being manipulated and controlled and used and misused and abused and programmed to distrust others…….what will you do with that?”
“What do you truly suggest?”
“Give them a celebration, with you, that they can believe in. Expose them to not only your music of the universe…but you take on their music, as well. Synthesize it into one, complete form and give it to them full and I guarantee you that it will be something that all will dance to and feel good about. It is the best and only way to start this thing and kick it off on the best note possible.
But that’s me……don’t mind me…right?”
“Again, WE shall consider your words and you will receive your answer soon….I know that you have been informed of certain circumstances in between this…..do not let it concern you….do your job…finish your job…your job was given to you by THE ONE…that is all that matters…finish the job…that is all.”
